This (somewhat NSFW and very Italian) came up in my recommendations and I immediately thought of Nibby.

I was tentatively opening this to ask for a Nibby warning . The approval level it seems to have attained merits caution.

So much TM infringement. That was fantastic, particularly the dildo unicorn horn.

I have previously noticed a very broad definition of fair use where Italian content is concerned.

There is a Danish band called Aqua that released a song called Barbie Girl back in 2000 . It had the line, “You can brush my hair, undress me everywhere ” and Mattel sued (unsuccessfully) to block it.
On December 2000, Mattel filed a lawsuit against the group’s record label Mattel v. MCA Records , 296 F.3d 894 9th Cir. 2002, claiming that “Barbie Girl” had damaged the reputation of the Barbie brand. Judge Alex Kozinski writing for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit upheld the district court finding the use of Mattel’s trademark in “Barbie Girl” fell within the noncommercial use exemption to the Federal Trademark Dilution Act . Judge Kozinski concluded his opinion by writing, “The parties are advised to chill.” (Wiki)

I was aware there had been some fooferaw, and I am familiar with the song (actually know most of the words, because my brain wants to punish me), but the concluding statement
I had not heard. Solid gold.
